Employee Legal Benefits Program

Here at Kirby, Kirby and Kirby we have developed a new legal program for Employers to provide to their employees.
In a nutshell, this program will allow employees to have access to an attorney 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for almost any type of legal questions they may have.
The employee will received a personalized ID card with the employer listed on the card. With that card the employee will be allowed to contact our office for many legal issues including but not limited to Small Claims issues, personal injury issues, landlord tennant issues and many others. The program specifically EXCLUDES Worker's Compensation, on the job injury and all other employment related issues.
As stated the program is set up to be provided free to employees and free to employers as well.
