In this case, not only did the other party attempt to blame the motorcycle rider but even his OWN carrier told him that they found him at fault!

The issue in the case was that a barbeque fell from the back of a pickup truck directly in the path of our client.  He did not have any time to avoid it, collided with the barbeque and went down.  As a result of the accident, our client required shoulder surgery.

Our office completed an extensive investigation into the not only the cause but locating and investigative information and witnesses.  Our expertise and experience in handling motorcycle accidents enabled us to obtain sufficient information to show both our client’s carrier and the other carrier that not only was he not at fault but that the driver of the pick up truck was the primary and sole cause of this loss.

Faced with our proof, the other insurance carrier agreed to pay the full policy limits to our client.
